CUPPING COURSE
The cupping course is for groups of 4 to 8 people and starts with a roasting demonstration followed by a step-by-step guide to cupping. This course will teach you how to better taste the flavours in your coffee as well as teach you about the industry standard in coffee tasting. The course takes 1 to 2 hours to complete and is an easy way to improve you knowledge on coffee and tasting.

MANUAL HOME BREWING COURSE
This Manual Home Brewing course designed for 1 or 2 people and gives you a hands-on and best-practice manual brew experience. You will learn how to properly brew:
- Chemex
- V60
- Aeropress
We will also look at the differences in the devices and how to adjust your recipes for the perfect results.The course takes 1 to 2 hours to complete and is a great way to improve your brewing skills as well as your equipment knowledge and coffee tasting. This course is for 3 to 5 people.

ESPRESSO HOME BREWING COURSE
Want to learn how to brew better espresso and espresso based drinks from your home espresso machine? With this Espresso Home Brewing Course we make that possible. This course is for 1 or 2 people.
All you need to do is bring your home espresso machine to our training facility and we will cover the basics of brewing and help you perfect your technique. We will also show you how to perfectly calibrate your equipment and how to maintain it to professional standards.
If you are unable to bring your home espresso machine to our training facility, we can schedule one of our professional trainers to accommodate you at your location. This course takes 1 to 2 hours and will greatly improve your knowledge of your home equipment, your technical barista skills, as well as your brew technique.

BEGINNER SPECIALTY BARISTA COURSE
This course covers everything you need to know about being a specialty coffee barista. This course is designed for beginners with no- or very little barista experience. In this course we cover basic coffee theory and bean to cup knowledge. This is a great course to get you started on the specialty coffee Journey. This course comes in two formats. The condensed version is 6 hours long and is a crash course in specialty coffee. The full course is 2 x 6 hour long sessions and allows the student more hands on training with our barista trainer. The course is for 1 to 4 people.

ADVANCED SPECIALTY BARISTA
This course is designed for baristas who already have basic knowledge of coffee brewing and bean to cup. In this course we look at more advanced brewing and calibration techniques as well as more in-depth coffee theory knowledge. The course can also be tailor made to suite your needs as a barista. The course is 6 hours long. The course is for 1 person.

COFFEE THEORY COURSE
This course covers coffee theory. It is a seminar for those who wish to know more about where coffee comes from, how is grown, and what makes it so special. In this course we also look at the history of coffee and how it has shaped the world.
This course is great for events, team buildings, or group activities for coffee lovers. Course can be held for up to 10 people at our location but can be held for larger groups if your venue allows it.
